Ok, this is what happoens: Those tags are set by the ftpmasters, not by the maintainer, so there is not any way I could modify the source of diffutils to remove the wrong tag. I'll reassign this to the ftp.debian.org virtual package so that the ftpmasters care about it. Thanks for the repoort.
