It means 0x36 can be safely upgraded to 0x38, and 0x36 is widely
available and used, so it is valuable info.

Of course, if you'd be willing to do the nasty bios-downgrade dance,
that would be even more useful information... but I am not asking you to
do that, bios downgrades are no joke.
