Dear Maintainer,
When a log file is moved aside (during log rotation) and new is created in its
place, fail2ban spews the following error:

/var/log/apache/access_log
2016-08-24 18:20:54,697 fail2ban.filter [27758]: ERROR [Errno 2] No such file
or directory: '/var/log/apache/access_log'

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/log/apache/access_log'
This is fixed in upstream 0.8.14 with the following commit:
