The version of debian-goodies would have been more interesting.

Given the versions above, you seem to be using Debian 8 Jessie.

As shown on

(and on https://bugs.debian.org/748055 in the top right corner) that
issue hasn't been fixed in Debian 8 Jessie aka "stable" (yet). It's
only fixed in Debian Testing, so it can't be "back" in Stable.
