The ChangeLog is autogenerated, basically a git log dump. tbh, I don't find that particularly helpful. Maybe you can convince upstream to cut-off the log, say only include the changes between major versions, like from 3.x..3.x+1 -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
