Package: cupsys
Version: 1.1.23-15
Severity: grave

# cupsd -f
cupsd: symbol lookup error: cupsd: undefined symbol: cups_strlcpy

Also, if I do not use -f it tries to write the error message to stderr,
which is closed (so the message is lost).
