Package: wget Version: 1.18-2+b1 Severity: minor Dear maintainer,
When combining the options --no-verbose --show-progress --progress=dot for wget, the last printed line indicated the date and URL of the downloaded file is printed just after the last line of the progress indicator. See the example below. Adding just a "\n" would be nice. $ wget --no-verbose --show-progress --progress=dot https://bugs.debian.org/wget -O /dev/null 0K .......... .......... .......... .......... .......... 59% 129K 0s 50K .......... .......... .......... ... 100% 199K=0,6s2016-09-12 01:31:31 URL:https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=wget;dist=unstable [85487/85487] -> "/dev/null" [1] Best regards, Celelibi -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.10.11 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Init: sysvinit (via /sbin/init) Versions of packages wget depends on: ii libc6 2.23-5 ii libgnutls30 3.5.3-4 ii libidn11 1.33-1 ii libnettle6 3.2-1 ii libpcre3 2:8.39-2 ii libpsl5 0.14.0-1 ii libuuid1 2.28.1-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-2+b1 Versions of packages wget recommends: ii ca-certificates 20160104 wget suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
