`aidl` is now a separated project since Android 7.0.0, therefor we are introducing a new source package for it. Previously it is part of src:android-platform-frameworks-base. This package builds the following binary packages: * aidl: Contains `aidl` and `aidl-cpp` which generates Java and C++ bindings of AIDL interfaces respectively.
