Hi the problem is, that version 4.7 of linux-image-amd64 did not yet enter testing but it was pushed into backports and backports removed the old 4.6 package. The same happened with depending packages like hyperv-daemons and linux-tools
So please upload kernel, linux-tools and hyperv-daemons version 4.6 again to jessie-backports Christoph
