CLoudcompare packaging stalled because it contained a bit of non-free 3rd-party 
code.

This was fixed a while ago (Nov 2015) upstream:

Maenwhile there have been a could of new releases, so I will update to
latest, include the above and hopefully upload if no new problems are
found.
