There is an interesting bug here but I could not figure it out myself, and upstream couldn't reproduce it in their own build/test environments (which includes Mac OS but not actually kfreebsd or hurd). In the meantime, I believe I *could* build cmake on the porterboxes, perhaps with DEB_BUILD_OPTS=nocheck and nmu those binaries. It doesn't fix the bug, would come back again with the next build, but it should fix *many* reverse-deps that are FTBFS or BD-Uninstallable waiting for a newer cmake. Since kfreebsd is anyway not a release architecture for stretch I don't see a strong argument against doing this? (hurd has already done this). Regards, -- Steven Chamberlain ste...@pyro.eu.org
