Hi Paul, Thanks for the detailed bug report. It does appear that the cause of the crash is due to being fed garbage by the kernel, and upgrading to a later kernel when that comes along should fix things. I'll try to raise this upstream to see whether this can be worked around in ulogd2 at all, but I suspect there's little that can be done within ulogd2 itself. Have you raised this bug against src:linux as well? If not do let me know, or feel free to clone this bug yourself.
