Bug#842497: krb5: [INTL:de] German translation is missing

I'm aware of no issue.
I'll look into it; will be packaging 1.15~beta1 soon, and this is almost
certainly a packaging error, not an intentional change.
Or rather, I'm sure the change is not intended; it's alomst certainly
just that the file somehow got dropped.
