I decided to limit the contents of dgit-maint-gbp(7) to the dgit-specific parts of the workflow. People already have their gbp workflows, possibly involving `gbp dch`, and the point of the manpage is to show how dgit can be painlessly inserted into that workflow. Did you have a dgit-specific use of gbp-dch in mind?
