not being very familiar with all those radius stuff tooking into https:////github.com/radcli/radcli#1-introduction (based originally on freeradius-client and radiusclient-ng and is source compatible with them) it's my understanding that it's a drop in for freeradius-client and radiusclient-ng. So simply adding 'libradcli-dev' as the first build dependency alternaive should do the trick?
