Hi, I tried to compile the module with the last version of the package and the last version of the kernel (2.6.9-2). NB: If you use module-assistant as in: http://home.comcast.net/~andrex/Debian-nVidia/debian.html it will take care of downloading the headers for you (if using debian kernels, otherwise you still have to define KVERS and KSRC).
