TBH I'm not sure. While icedove and firefox don't even suggest l10n libreoffice recommends it. Policy has not word about this so there doesn't seem to be common practive. There are lots of uses where l10n for libosinfo is not needed so I'm inclined to leave it as is. Cheers, -- Guido
