I got this problem after an <apt autoremove> purging the php5 packages from my 
system (they were automatically installed and the system did not need them 
anymore because it replaced them with PHP7 packages).

And what about enabling PHP7 when these packages replace the previous 
automatically installed PHP5 packages ?
