Hi Boyuan, Unfortunately, you can't port the new version from Ubuntu because Ubuntu does not have a new version. On the other hand, neon ships a working package [1].
Actually, KDE Partition Manager 3.0 will be released on 18 December (providing nothing critical is found), so it might make sense to package that version. Jonathan Carter already packaged kpmcore [2] (basically non-gui parts of KDE Partition Manager) in Debian, so that should make job of packaging GUI part of KDE Partition Manager much easier.
