Actually, currently 'diet-libc-dev' is hardcoded in the version on
mentors, which doesn't exist at all, so this won't migrate to testing
at all because this dependency can't be fulfilled.

dietlibc-dev would also be wrong, since 'dietlibc' is the source
package name and Built-Using requires source packages, not binary
packages.

Hmmm, I should probably write a patch for debhelper so that people
can add Built-Using-From: dietlibc-dev and dh_gencontrol automatically
replaces that by Built-Using: dietlibc (= ...). That would make life
so much easier...
