Upstream has rejected the idea of an additional function to set the
creation time of a profile. Instead, the header cmsICCHeader available
in lcms2.h can be manipulated directly by the application.

Now, I understand that is less than ideal; an official way to set the
date would make life much easier. Nonetheless, I am not going to
introduce the proposed function just in Debian - we would divert from
lcms' upstream and all other consumer packages in Debian would need to
be patched as well, as their upstream could not rely on the availability
of cmsSetHeaderCreationDateTime() outside Debian.
