Control: tags + moreinfo unreproducible

I'm not seeing this on my system. If you upgrade what does your
dnscrypt-proxy.socket, dnscrypt-proxy.service and
/etc/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.conf files look like?
