Let's remove this package completely. It's dead upstream, unmaintained in Debian and superseded by libsigc++-2.0. Please also remove the only remaining rdep along with it: freqtweak It has been orphaned and is RC buggy since a while [1]. Judging from the upstream activity, it's probably safe to conclude that freqtweak is also dead upstream.
