Package: csound Version: 1:4.23f13-1 Severity: important csound fails to build from source on m68k with the following error.
| ./makedb ./english-strings English | make[3]: *** [csound.xmg] Segmentation fault While investigating this error, the gcc folks pointed out that the use of *(long *)benchar in makedb.c is a violation of aliasing rules.
