Please use ssl1.0 for stretch. We have reviewed the situation with the OpenSSL maintainers, and the only feasible option appears to have curl and a selected set of reverse dependencies revert to ssl1.0 for stretch. We will file bugs for the affected reverse dependencies. Thanks, ~Niels
