I'm not sure... Ideally it would be nice to avoid introducing more patches to
reduce maintenance burden... As for "README.Debian" it should be obvious...
As far as I'm concerned there is nothing to do here but perhaps document the
matter with more details in README.Debian...
Anyway I'm lacking time and energy to do anything about it right now...
Please feel free to commit any relevant change if you think it is necessary.
