Did you reboot since upgrading puppet? On a second thought, this is absolutely expected. We renamed the service to puppet-agent (from puppet) but failed to remove the initscript, which is probably still the old 3.x version. This is actually a duplicate of #826730 and will be fixed with the next upload. Regards, Apollon
