There is no way to generate myspell dictionary from ispell one for Estonian. Ispell just doesn't have support for compound words. Using -C is ugly workaround, which makes ispell dictionary somewhat usable for estonians, but it's acceptable only because there is no better alternatives for apps not using myspell.
