After many tries I came to vte2.91 version 0.42.5-1 http://snapshot.debian.org/package/vte2.91/0.42.5-1/#libvte-2.91-0_0.42.5-1 which is last working version of VTE in Remmina.
After extraction of libvte-2.91.so.0.4200.5 and "LD_PRELOAD=/opt/libvte-2.91.so.0.4200.5 remmina" is ssh connection in Remmina working again.
