Control: tags -1 - patch

Hi,

It seems that there are some other cases where the pre-GCC 5 behavior
of inline is assumed in libnids and therefore the patch I originally
posted it not enough to fix this.

For example, dsniff failed to build on Ubuntu (where this previous
patch is already applied) with:
> /usr/lib/libnids.so: undefined reference to `ip_compute_csum'
> /usr/lib/libnids.so: undefined reference to `my_tcp_check'
> /usr/lib/libnids.so: undefined reference to `my_udp_check'
> /usr/lib/libnids.so: undefined reference to `ip_fast_csum'

I found this patch from fedora which may be able to fix these, but I
have not tested it:

Thanks,
James
