Sure. I think the best way forward would be to file a fresh, new wishlist
bug expressing exactly what you currently see, and what you would like to
see instead.
That way we don't confuse it with the history of this particular bug. A
small testcase — just shell snippets, no need for an actual diffoscope
Python testcase! — would be absolutely perfect.
