Bug#849852: gdm3: fails to switch on monitor after resuming from hibernate

Hi, I am experincing the same issue on a HP ProBook 6560b. After
hibernation the monitor remains blank, the backlight is not turned on.
When suspending in this state, the monitor will be enabled when the
system is enabled again.
