thanks for testing and finding also some more issues. I applied your patch and pushed it on top of my WIP tree on GitHub. It's up to Christoph to merge all the various fixup commits into one. But to not conflict with local work of Christoph I currently will not merge them without a feedback from Christoph. Thanks and CU Carsten
