Hi Bdale; I think that's a conffile leftover from the previous version of ledger-el. The relevant lisp files (and any startup needed) are now in elpa-ledger. I'm hesitant to introduce a maintainer script to remove the old conffile; "apt purge ledger-el" should work fine. The current version of the package is completely empty (except for somewhat foolishly creating an empty directory, which I just fixed in git). d
