Package: python-prctl
Version: 1.1.1-1.2
Severity: normal

Hello,

there seem to exist a python3 version of prctl, but not in Debian:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/python3-prctl/

According to this patch upstream supports it now:
https://github.com/seveas/python-prctl/commit/5ef0b172c40da56441d74d47963f0a58f3324ffd

Can we have it in Debian, too?

I was undecided between severity wishlist or normal, and I thought that in 2017
a missing python3 version starts to feel like a proper bug. I don't mind if you
change it, though.

Enrico
