I just ACCEPTed telegram-desktop from NEW but noticed it was missing
attribution in debian/copyright for at least:
Telegram/Patches/qtbase_5_6_2.diff
debian/patches/Avoid-depending-on-static-libraries.patch
etc.
(This is *not* exhaustive so please check over the entire package
carefully and address these on your next upload.)
