Please remove libapache2-mod-auth-memcookie from the archive.
The last upload was 4 years ago, despite a new upstream releas existing
for long, and an RC bug requesting it being open.
With popcon so low (4) I figure it's simpler to just remove the package,
it can be reintroduced anytime if somebody wants to maintain it
properly.
Also the package is neither in jessie nor stretch.
