The current version has been in Sid for quite some time now and it seems to be ok, no smoke on the horizon. https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/a/apt-cacher-ng.html There are some outstanding issues which I would fix ASAP (like the minor issue that breaks builds on some non-release ports) but that is not critical.
