Package: icoutils Version: 0.31.2-1 Severity: important Hello.
I'm having issues trying to parse (let alone extract) icons from within a Windows' EXE file using either icotool or wrestool with no success. For example: $ sha1sum ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Internet\ Explorer/iexplore.exe df80545c494e4a4424987800351d0c346dd2dfd3 /home/olspookishmagus/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe $ icotool -l ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Internet\ Explorer/iexplore.exe /home/olspookishmagus/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe: not an icon or cursor file (reserved non-zero) $ wrestool -l ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Internet\ Explorer/iexplore.exe wrestool: /home/olspookishmagus/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe: premature end Thanks in advance, Sophoklis -- System Information: Debian Release: 9.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.13-1-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages icoutils depends on: ii libc6 2.24-9 ii libpng16-16 1.6.28-1 ii libwww-perl 6.15-1 pn perl:any <none> ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-5 icoutils recommends no packages.
