I think you've misunderstood both the freeze policy, and
testing-proposed-updates.

Firstly, most/all of your changes fail to satisfy any of the bullet
points under "Changes which can be considered" in the freeze policy.  So
the unblock request will be denied.

Secondly, testing-proposed-updates is highly inconvenient for the
release team.  It requires manual intervention and slows everything
down.  So we shouldn't upload to unstable unless we *expect* it to be
unblocked.
