Probably, I don't know, the dependency was added in 1.16.0-2
- Fix new windows don't get focus.
This patch works as expected with no problems
- Don't change file permissions when saving the modified image

0666 -> rotate save and quit -> 0600
0400 -> rotate save and quit -> 0600
eom jessie with the patch

I thought 0400 -> 0600 was wrong, but seems the upstreamer says this is
the expected
