This is clearly not a fix, reopening.

And it is also not a transient failure on one architecture:

In unstable the package is still empty on two architectures
(hppa, m68k).

In jessie the package is empty on one release architecture (arm64).

In wheezy the package is empty on one release architecture (sparc).

In squeeze the package is empty on one release architecture (sparc).

As Helmut already mentioned, the package must FTBFS when it wasn't 
built properly.
