Hi, I've got the same issue too. Installing the last version of cairocffi from pypi "solved" it - e.g. with `$ sudo pip install --no-deps --ignore-installed cairocffi; sudo pip3 install --no-deps --ignore-installed cairocffi` as suggested here[1]. It's only for testing purpose, since it replaces the system files...
However, I think this issue should be moved to qtile package, and another one should be opened here to upgrade the package to the last 0.8.0 version, isn't? Thanks in advance, Jérôme -- [1] https://github.com/qtile/qtile/issues/994
