The watch file for libcrypto++ points to SourceForge. Per the upstream homepage
(https://www.cryptopp.com/), this source is deprecated.

Perhaps because of this problem, version 5.6.5, released last October, is not
represented on the QA page.

This is a problem for me, because the cryfs package has less functionality when
compiled against 5.6.4, relative to 5.6.3 or 5.6.5.

A suggested patch is attached.
