Source: libcrypto++ Version: 5.6.4-6 Tags: patch Severity: normal thanks The watch file for libcrypto++ points to SourceForge. Per the upstream homepage (https://www.cryptopp.com/), this source is deprecated.
Perhaps because of this problem, version 5.6.5, released last October, is not represented on the QA page. This is a problem for me, because the cryfs package has less functionality when compiled against 5.6.4, relative to 5.6.3 or 5.6.5. A suggested patch is attached. -- Amateurs and zealots both have strong incentives not merely to misrepresent reality, but to actually misunderstand it. Shirky
