Dear maintainer, When a user updates to a new version of my package, bitlbee-plugin-facebook, they must restart bitlbee in order to have the upgrade take effect. It would be better for our users if the bitlbee package detected updates to plugins -- possibly using dpkg triggers -- and then reloaded or restarted the bitlbee daemon as necessary.
