Reportbug says Versions of packages epiphany-browser recommends: pn browser-plugin-evince <none> ii ca-certificates 20161130+nmu1 pn evince <none> ii yelp 3.22.0-1 epiphany-browser suggests no packages. so at-spi2-core is nowhere in any of them. But OK I'll install it. And indeed the accessibility warnings finally have gone away! So please make at-spi2-core a Depends, or: make it less than a Depends, and be sure the warning says what the user should do.
