Since you live in Norway, on the next step you have to choose the "Norway" layout. After that the third question should give you the following options: Norway Dvorak Eliminate dead keys Northern Saami Northern Saami, eliminate dead keys The third question is asked with 'high' priority; obviously I have to raise the priority to be 'crytical'. Another issue is the text "What is the keys layout of your keyboard" -- it must give some hint to the user, otherwise it is not very intuitive to find Dvorak keyboard as a variant of the Norway layout.
