On Stretch unfortunately the web interface does not work. The client and
server work well though so I lower the severity of the bug.
Dico 2.4 does not solve anything.
Here is one of the problems:

App 16939 stderr: ImportError: cannot import name patterns
As of Django 1.10, the patterns module has been removed (it had been
deprecated since 1.8).
