I forgot to say something about forcing nvidia-graphics-driver 8178 in
testing. If this is the RMs' choice, please also consider forcing
nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy at the same time. 8178 supports less
cards than 7174 and the legacy package addresses that issue.
nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy is currently kept out of testing due to
an unsatisfied dependency on nvidia-kernel-legacy-1.0.7174, but no
package in the archive will ever provide that unless Randall wants to
upload a new prebuilt modules source package for legacy drivers. So,
britney has no good reason to keep the legacy drivers out of testing,
but it's a good thing that it does for now. However, this will change if
8178 gets in testing and require manual intervention.
