Hi, thanks for the answer. That actually fixes the problem. :)
I still think this issues needs fixing. Please make the package honor settings in /etc/default/varnish so new varnish users don't have to go through outages on package updates. At least document it in the unit file with a comment. Thanks a lot Jakob-Tobias
